My first week as a published author was a good one. My friends have kindly shared pictures of Poetry 101 as it arrived at their houses or when they’ve spotted it in bookstores. On Thursday, I spied it for the first time myself in a bookstore when I met friends for dinner at Afterwords Cafe inside Kramer Books here in Washington D.C. It’s exciting to have a project I spent months working on in solitude to suddenly emerge into daylight for public display.
